Mike Barrett

Since joining Stansberry Research in 2011, Mike Barrett has uncovered some of the firm’s highest-returning recommendations.

As the Editor of Select Value Opportunities and the Senior Analyst of Extreme Value, he uses decades of cash-flow modeling and valuation expertise to find elite, undervalued stocks for his subscribers.

Mike holds an undergraduate degree in agricultural engineering from the University of Georgia, a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University, and MAI and SRA designations awarded by the Appraisal Institute. (The MAI designation is often considered the equivalent of doctorate-level work in the field of commercial real estate valuation.)

Today, Mike resides in central Florida with his family. He grows pecans and is active in various philanthropic endeavors.
